ANNOUNCE LONG-TERM STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIP
Agreement Pairs Two Leaders of Emergency Vehicle Equipment and Installation
Columbus, OH, October 15, 2007 - Parr Public Safety Equipment, Inc and Public Safety Upfitters, LLC announced today that they have entered into a long-term strategic agreement for the supply of Emergency Vehicle Equipment and related Installation to the Public Safety marketplace. The agreement reflects the combined effort of the largest stocking distributor of vehicle equipment and supplies in the mid-west (Parr Public Safety Equipment) and a leading installer of vehicle related products (Public Safety Upfitters) to provide enhanced service offerings to the Public Safety marketplace. The Installation Division will operate under the new identity of Public Safety Concepts. Parr Public Safety Equipment will continue to supply the same quality products and technical support, while Public Safety Concepts will offer a one-stop-shop for those customers looking to get a vehicle ready to respond.
